Each room has either a jetted bathtub or gas fireplace. Gas fireplaces are operational November 1 to March 30.
Additional amenities include bath amenities, bottled water & soda, beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, rain umbrellas, iron/ironing board, and sweet treats from our sweet treats bar!
The Barnegat Room is located on the first floor of our bed and breakfast with private entrance.
This sun−filled room has a queen size bed and private, ensuite bathroom
with tiled shower/jetted tub.
The Narragansett Room was our most popular room at our Rhode Island bed & breakfast and
we have brought it to Cape Charles. Featuring Eastlake furniture and marble top dressers, this room has a
queen size bed, gas fireplace and bathroom with tiled shower. Located on the 2nd floor.
The Chesapeake Room was our most popular room in 2012 at Fig Street Inn. It has a
king size bed and large tiled bathroom with shower.
This room features a gas fireplace and is located on the 2nd floor.
The Boston Harbor Suite is a large 2−room suite with
open floor plan located on the 2nd floor. The bedroom features Amish−made furniture with
king size bed and the sitting/TV room has two loveseat sofas. The bathroom has a large tiled
shower and separate jetted soaking tub. The Suite may accommodate more than
2 people, by prior arrangement only, and with an additional charge. Please inquire about
extra fee and availability prior to booking online. We are unable to honor a reservation if
we have not been notified of additional persons prior to arrival.
Children over 12 are welcome anytime. Children under 12 are welcome at the discretion of the innkeepers, by prior arrangement, usually mid−week and off−season. The innkeepers live on premise in private quarters with their two children.
We love our furry friends but are unable to accommodate guest pets. There is an indoor−only cat (Jett) that does not have access to guest rooms, but does have access to common areas. You will often find him asleep on the couch in the Library.
Friday or Saturday one−night stays May through October are non−refundable.
Reservations for arrival within 14 days require payment in full and are non-refundable.
